After you sign up, create your online e-commerce ordering store. Once your online e-commerce ordering store is configured, we suggest you try it for some time by accepting orders by email first. When you are satisfied with your e-commerce store, please order the digital box that allow you to enable receiving orders by dashboard and/or printer. Please, be aware of the fact that the digital box is marked as final sale and can not be return; this is why we suggest, during the trial period, to accept orders by email.

To receive orders by email, make sure you have provided us with a valid email address to your location in your profile and check the checkbox that says: "Send orders by email if POS not present".

To receive orders by dashboard and/or printer receipt, first you need a digital box (which is a raspberry pi 3) that can only be ordered from our web site. After you receive the digital box by mail, please folow the link to download the pdf with the config instructions:"POS-configuration.pdf"
